- 4 Tbsps Walnut oil
- 2 Tbsps Maple syrup
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar

Preparation
1.
Rinse endive, radicchio and chicory and shake dry. Chop endive and radicchio. Slice chicory in half, remove stem and chop. Rinse grapes, pat dry, cut in half and remove seeds. Chop walnuts.

Mix walnut oil, maple syrup and white wine vinegar. Season the dressing with salt and pepper. Combine greens, grapes and walnuts, then toss with dressing.

Arrange salad on 4 plates. Rinse mint and shake dry. Sprinkle some leaves on the salad to garnish. Serve immediately.
