- 400 grams canned Chickpeas
- 1 Garlic clove
- 100 grams cooked and peeled Beet
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped Cilantro
- 125 grams Natural yogurt
- freshly ground Pepper
- Lemon juice (to taste)
Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Peel and mince the garlic. Cut the beets into cubes.
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a serving dish or glass jar and serve with vegetables, crackers, etc.
