- 2 Beets (about 250 g)
- 100 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Dill
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse the beet, then steam for 30 minutes. Remove, peel, and let cool.

Coarsely chop the beet, then puree completely with the vegetable broth and sugar. Stirring constantly, add the dill and slowly inorporate the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
