- 100 grams softened butter
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped Fresh herbs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- For steaks
- 4 Steak (such as rump steak, each about 200-250 grams)
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation

Mix herbs with a fork into the butter, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Spread out a piece of clingfilm, place herb butter on film, roll up and close the film well. Chill the butter 1-2 hours in the fridge.

Cook steaks in hot butter about 3-5 minutes on each side depending on preference. Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat, wrap in aluminum foil and let rest a little.

Serve steaks with herb butter slices on plates. Serve some radicchio leaves and zucchini slices alongside.
