- 1 Baguette
- 4 thin slices Steak (about 80 grams each)
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- 2 small Tomatoes
- ½ bunch Arugula
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
Preparation steps

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices.

Slice and toast the baguette.
3.
Peel the garlic and cut into slices.
4.
Rinse the arugula and shake dry.
5.
Sauté the garlic, tomatoes and a little arugula in some olive oil briefly.
6.
Sear the meat in clarified butter on each side for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
7.
Lay the arugula and the meat on the bread slices. Distribute the vegetables on top, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and olive oil before serving.
