- 2 ripe Avocados
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 250 grams mixed Lettuce
- 600 grams Beef fillet (ready to cook)
- Pastry flour (as needed)
- 4 Tbsps Corn oil
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Cut avocados in half, remove pits, gently peel and cut pulp into thin slices. Immediately drizzle with lemon juice.

Rinse lettuce and spin dry.

Rinse meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Sprinkle with flour. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sear meat. Mix honey with soy sauce and lime juice. Add to pan and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix salad with cooked filet strips and avocado slices. Arrange on plates, season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with a little oil. Serve with garlic bread or an herb baguette if desired.
