- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 100 grams Rice noodles
- 4 Tomatoes
- sharp ground paprika
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 500 milliliters Beef broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
Preparation
1.
Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stems and chop.

Peel the onions and garlic and dice both.

Sear the meat in hot oil. Add the onions and garlic and saute. Pour in the broth with 2 tablespoons of paprika, cover and simmer 1-1.5 hours. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the noodles. Cook another 10 minutes. Season again with paprika, salt and pepper. Serve garnished with parsley.
