- 100 grams button Mushroom
- lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
- 50 grams Parmesan
- parsley (for garnish)
Preparation

Freeze beef about 1 hour.

Wipe mushrooms clean and cut into thin slices. Drizzle with lemon juice.

With a sharp knife, cut beef into very thin slices. Lay beef slices on plates and top with mushrooms. Drizzle with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Shave Parmesan over each serving and garnish with parsley leaves.
