Preparation steps
1.
Place the beef slices on a work surface and spread evently with the pesto.
2.
Divide the tomatoes and peppers evenly between the slices. Place 2-3 rocket leaves on top. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3.
Roll up the meat slices to enclose the filling and sprinkle with a little more salt and pepper.
