- 2 scallions
- 150 grams Spinach
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the sprouts under running water.
2.
Peel the carrots and cut into slices.
3.
Peel the scallions and cut into rings.
4.
Rinse the spinach and shake dry.
5.
For the dressing, mix the vinegar with the oil and season with salt, sugar and pepper.
Mix the dressing into the salad ingredients and serve in a bowl.
