400 grams white Beans (canned)
400 grams Kidney beans (canned)
400 grams green Beans
400 grams Cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
6 Tbsps Barbecue sauce
1 tsp fresh ginger (finely chopped)
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Sambal oelek
1 Tbsp soy sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Drain canned beans in a colander. Rinse and drain.

Rinse green beans, trim and blanch in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Rinse, drain and cut diagonally into 3 cm (approximately 1 inch) pieces. Rinse tomatoes, cut in half and mix with prepared ingredients and lemon juice. Divide among bowls.

3.

Stir the barbecue sauce with ginger, honey, sambal oelek and soy sauce and serve the sauce with the beans.

4.

Serve with breadsticks, if desired.
