- 800 grams Broad bean
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 scallions
- Limes (juiced)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 100 grams cooked ham (cubed)
- 2 Tbsps fresh thyme
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Blanch beans in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Drain and peel.
2.
Mix vinegar and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper and add beans.
3.
Rinse scallions, trim and cut into thin rings.
4.
Sauté ham in olive oil, combine with scallions and add to bean salad. Mix in thyme, season with salt and pepper and serve in a bowl.
