- 60 milliliters white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp hot Mustard
- 1 generous pinch sweet ground paprika
- 100 milliliters sunflower oil
- salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- freshly ground peppers

Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Place in a bowl with the balsamic vinegar.
