- For the sauce
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 generous pinch grained Vegetable broth
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- For the potatoes
- 1 ⅕ kilograms potatoes
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- peppers
- 400 grams Bacon
- 400 grams Processed cheese (Gouda)

Preparation steps

Rinse the potatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Lightly coat a sheet tray with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cut the potatoes cut side down and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 30 minutes. Remove the potatoes with a spatula and cover with bacon and cheese. Cook for another 5-10 minutes under the broiler, until melted.

For the sauce: Mix all the ingredients, except for the chives until smooth. Season to taste and garnish with the chives.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and arrange on plates. Serve with the sauce on the side and serve immediately.
