300 grams macaroni

3 Tbsps olive oil

100 milliliters Broth
200 grams Whipped cream
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
300 grams smoked turkey breasts
3 eggs
100 grams grated Emmentaler cheese

Preparation
1.

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Clean mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and saute mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add half of cream, simmer for about 1 minute. Season to taste and remove from heat.

Cut turkey into small cubes. Combine drained pasta, turkey and parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Spread half of pasta mixture in a greased baking dish, spread with mushrooms and remaining pasta. Whisk eggs with remaining cream, add cheese and mix well. Pour over pasta. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
