Baked Macaroni with Broccoli

- 6 cups macaroni
- 3 Tbsps flour
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 2 ½ cups milk
- ¾ cup fresh Mozzarella (cubed)
- ¼ cup Parmesan (grated)
- 1 cup Broccoli
- cayenne pepper

1 kleines Sieve, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Metal skewer, 1 Brush
Heat the oven to 180C,350F, gas 4. Grease a baking dish.
Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packet. Drain well.
Melt the butter in a pan over a low heat. remove from the heat and stir in the flour. Return to the heat and gradually add the milk, whisking until it is all incorporated.
Add the Mozzarella to the sauce. Heat until the cheese has melted and the sauce has a nice thick smooth consistency. Season to taste.
Stir the sauce into the macaroni with the broccoli florets and transfer to the baking dish.
Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan and the cayenne pepper. Cook for 35-40 mins or until golden brown on top.
