600 grams white fish fillets (such as: cod, ready to cook, skinless)

freshly ground peppers
1 splash lemon juice
350 milliliters Whipped cream
2 eggs
2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp Caper
600 grams waxy potatoes
1 onion
100 grams smoked Pancetta (cubed)
butter (for greasing)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 190°C (approximately 375°F). Rinse fish fillets, pat dry and season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon.

Combine cream, eggs and crème fraîche. Stir in capers season with salt and pepper. Peel and rinse potatoes and grate coarsely. Peel and mince onion and mix with bacon and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Place fish fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with sauce and top with potato mixture. Bake for about 30 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
