Ingredients

- For the apples:
- 4 tart Apple
- 150 grams Raspberries
- 50 grams Marzipan
- 3 Tbsps Shredded coconut
- 3 Tbsps almonds
- 1 Tbsp butter
- butter (for the pan)
- For the sauce
- 200 grams Raspberries
- 100 milliliters Orange juice
- 1 tsp sugar

Preparation steps
1.
For the apples: rinse and pat dry apple, core with an apple corer. Clean raspberries, mix with marzipan and coconut.

Toast almonds in a dry pan, add to raspberry mixture. Stuff apples with the mixture and place into a greased pan. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approixmatley 400°F) for about 35 minutes.
3.
For the sauce: clean raspberries, puree coarsele and mix with orange juice and sugar. Drizzle over hot apples and serve.
