- 300 grams cooked, pickled shrimp
- 1 bunch Cress
- 100 grams Herb remoulade
- 1 Tbsp Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 small Baguette (40 cm)
Preparation steps
1.
Drain the shrimp. Cut, rinse and drain the cress.
Mix the herb remoulade with the yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Cut the baguette in half and slice each section horizontally.
2.
Toast the 4 pieces of baguette and allow to cool.
Spread with the remoulade, shower with cress and top with the shrimp. Serve seasoned with pepper.
