- 250 grams chickpeas
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- ½ tsp ground paprika
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ bunch parsley
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 50 grams Sesame seeds
- Dark Baguette (for serving)

Preparation steps

Soak the chickpeas overnight ina pot of water. The next day, simmer the chickpeas for 1 hour in the soaking liquid. Remove from the heat and let cool.

Drain the chickpeas. Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Mix the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, sesame seeds, and 4 tablespoon of olive oil until a thick paste is formed. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Rinse the parsley, remove the leaves, and finely chop. Mix the parsley into the chickpea puree. Serve, spread on toasted baguette slices.
