- 10 Anchovy fillet (in oil)
- 6 garlic cloves
- 130 milliliters olive oil
- 2 Tbsps butter
Preparation
1.
In a colander, rinse anchovies thoroughly with cold water. Drain, pat dry and chop. Peel garlic and cut into slices or chunks. In a small pot, cook anchovies and garlic over low heat until translucent, 25-30 minutes. Finally, stir in butter and heat until melted.

Serve with fresh ciabatta, vegetable crudité, Belgian endives or cooked shrimp.
