- 20 shelled almonds
- 20 thin slices Bacon
- 1 Tbsp thyme (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp rosemary (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter

Preparation steps

Spread bacon slices and sprinkle with herbs.

Fill each prune with an almond and wrap bacon slice around each prune. Secure with toothpicks.
