- 1 Lavash Bread (9x12-inch)
- olive oil cooking spray
- 3 Tbsps Marinara sauce (or pizza sauce)
- ½ cup Mozzarella (shredded)
- 3 Tbsps grated Parmesan
- dried Italian herbs (to taste)
- 8 slices cooked Bacon (crumbled)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 450º F / 230º C. If using a pizza stone, preheat that also.
2.
Spray lavash flatbread lightly with olive oil. Using the back of a spoon, spread a very thin layer of marinara sauce over the lavash. Go lightly as too much sauce will make the bread soggy. Top with mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning and crumbled bacon.
3.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the edges are crispy.
4.
Cut and serve.
