400 grams baby Chard leaf
2 Oranges
1 tsp honey
2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsps Pine nuts
3 Tbsps grapeseed oil
salt
cilantro (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chard leaves, trim and drain well. Transfer leaves to plates.

2.

Peel oranges and cut out fillets. Collect resulting juice and pulp. Mix juice with honey, apple cider vinegar, pine nuts and oil in a bowl. Season with salt and drizzle over the chard leaves. To serve, arrange orange slices on top of chard leaves and garnish with cilantro.
