1 shallot (minced)
½ cup Mayonnaise

Preparation steps

Mix ham, celery, pickle relish and shallot together in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Place 1/4 of the lettuce on a slice of bread. Layer with 1/4 of the ham salad and 1/4 of the avocado. Top with another slice of bread. Repeat process and serve.
