Preparation steps

1.

Cut mozzarella into slices. Mix vinegar in a bowl with honey and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place mozzarella on plates and pour vinaigrette over mozzarella. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, peel and cut avocados into slices. Arrange mozzarella, avocado and shrimp on plates. Drizzle with remaining marinade. Cut cress. Serve garnished with cress.
