50 grams Feta
2 tsps Corn oil
½ tsp dried thyme

Preparation steps

1.

Finely chop the olives. Peel the garlic. Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the insides and mash with a fork.

Finely crumble the feta, combine with the oil, thyme and olives and add the mixture to the mashed avocado. Press the garlic through a garlic press, add, season with salt and pepper and mix. Spread the bread slices with the avocado mixture, cut diagonally in half and cover with the tomatoes.
