2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

Cut beef into strips. Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices. Rinse arugula, shake dry and pluck into smaller pieces if necessary.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add beef and stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add tomatoes, olives and almonds. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with parsley, then cook briefly to heat through. Distribute arugula on plates and serve the beef mixture on top.
