- 250 grams Arugula
- 4 Figs
- 250 grams Buffalo mozzarella
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp spicy Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 6 Tbsps Canola oil
- 300 grams Porcini mushroom
Preparation
1.
Rinse the arugula, spin dry, and tear into small pieces. Half the figs, and remove the fruit with a spoon. Cut into cubes. Drain the mozzarella, and tear into bite-sized pieces.

For the dressing, mix the vinegar with the honey, and mustard. Whisk in 5 tablespoons of oil, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

Clean the mushrooms, and cut into small pieces. Heat the remaining oil in a pan, and sauté the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4.
Place the arugula on a plate. Top with the figs, mozzarella cheese, and mushrooms. Drizzle with the dressing, and serve.
