- 3 ½ ozs Tagliatelle
- 2 Tbsps Oil
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (chopped)
- 8 rashers Bacon (chopped)
- 4 Arugula
- 1 ¾ ozs Parmesan

1 Teaspoon, 2 Bowls, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Sieve, 1 Kitchen shears, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Skillet
Preparation steps

Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the tagliatelle according to the packet instructions.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large pan and gently cook the onion until soft but not brown. Add the garlic, cook for 1 minute then add the bacon and continue cooking until the bacon is lightly browned.
3.
Chop the rocket, reserving a few leaves for the garnish.
4.
Drain the pasta and add to the pan with the onions and bacon. Add the rocket, stir it through until just wilted then stir in the parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Serve in warmed bowls garnished with the reserved rocket leaves.
