Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (approximately 350 ° F).

Roll out the dough and line the tart tin with it. Use a fork to prick the bottom several times and cover with baking paper and dried beans. Blind bake in oven for about 10 minutes. When done, remove from oven, discard dried beans and leave to cool.

For the compote, beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time. Then add flour, almonds, vanilla and Calvados. Pour into crust and smooth with a spatula.
