- 600 grams Apple
- 1 organic lemon
- 50 milliliters Orange juice
- 50 grams raisins
- 100 grams Walnut
- 150 grams softened butter
- 150 grams sugar
- 3 eggs
- 300 grams Pastry flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- Fat (for the dish)

Preparation steps

Rinse lemon in hot water. Finely grate zest and squeeze out juice. Peel apples, remove cores, grate and sprinkle with lemon and orange juice. Chop walnuts and mix with raisins and apples. Cream butter with an electric hand mixer until fluffy. Add sugar, lemon zest and eggs.

Mix in apple-nut mixture. Fold in flour and baking powder. Grease baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour batter into dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for 70 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in baking dish before removing to cool completely. Slice and serve.
