- 200 grams Whole grain cereal
- 2 ripe Apple ((such as, Boskoop)
- 300 grams Natural yogurt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 organic Oranges
- 500 milliliters Buttermilk
- sugar (as desired)
- cinnamon (to garnish)
Preparation
1.
Divide the granola into 4 cups. Rinse the apples, pat dry, quarter, remove the core and cut the flesh into columns.
Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and honey.
Squeeze the oranges and mix with the buttermilk.

Arrange the apple slices on top of the cereal and spoon a dollop of yogurt on each. Dust with cinnamon and sweeten to taste with a little sugar.
Pour the orange buttermilk into glasses and serve alongside the apple muesli.
