- 50 grams Hazelnuts
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- mint (for garnish)
Preparation

Peel apples, quarter, core and cut into cubes. Mix with the lemon juice.

Chop nuts and toast briefly in a dry frying pan without browning. Mix maple syrup with nuts, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and apples. Distribute among bowls, garnish with mint and serve immediately.
