- salt
- 2 Apple (such as Granny Smith)
- 1 tsp organic Orange peel
- 1 Tbsp raisins
- ½ stalk cinnamon
- whipped Whipped cream

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the apples. Quarter the apples, cut out the cores and cut into slices. Simmer the apple slices, apple juice, orange peel, raisins, cinnamon stick and 1 tablespoon sugar in a pot for about 6 minutes.

Serve with whipped cream.
