- 200 grams sugar
- 2 Vanilla bean
- 2 organic lemons (juice)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the apples, quarter, remove the cores and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Chop coarsely. Slit the vanilla beans lengthwise. Bring the apples, sugar and vanilla pods to a boil. Remove from the heat and let sit for 10 minutes.

Remove the vanilla pods when the compote has cooled. Pour the compote into prepared jars, seal tightly and store in a dark, cool place until ready to serve.
