1 Small pot, 1 Springform pan, 2 Bowls, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Rolling pin, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Freezer bag, 1 Rubber spatula, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Citrus juicer

Preparation steps

1.
Peel and remove the core from the apple and coarsely chop the fruit.
2.
Bring the apple juice, cinnamon stick, sugar, lemon zest and juice to a boil in a saucepan. Simmer briefly.
3.
Add the apple pieces and cook until the apples are soft and break down (approximately 10 minutes).
4.
Remove the cinnamon stick and cool.
