Preparation steps
1.
Peel the apples, quarter and core. Peel the onion and rinse the celery. Cut all into very small cubes.
2.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the celery, apples and onions. Cook 8-10 minutes.
3.
Season with allspice, honey, cilantro and cumin. Stir in 5 tablespoons of water and cook covered over low heat for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
