Preparation steps

1.

Preheat a convection oven to 80°C (approximately 175°F). Rinse and thinly slice both fruits. Mix the lemon juice and 100 ml (approximately 3 ounces) of water in a bowl. Submerge the fruit in the lemon juice mixture, then let dry on a clean kitchen towel.

Arrange the fruit on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Dry in the oven for 2-3 hours with the oven door propped open slightly ( you can accomplish this with a wooden spoon), until completely dehydrated.
