- 3 Tbsps melted butter
- 3 cups sugar-free granola (plus extra for sprinkling)
- 2 cups cream cheese
- ⅓ cup maple sugar
- 2 Tbsps all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 21 ozs apple sauce
- To decorate

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease a 20cm|8" square baking tin.
2.
Combine the melted butter and granola and press into the base of the tin. Bake for 10 minutes.
3.
Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, flour and egg until smooth. Carefully spread half the mixture over the base and smooth the top.
4.
Spoon the apple puree on top, then spoon the remaining cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle with granola.
5.
Bake for about 30 minutes until cooked through. Cool in the tin, then cut nto squares to serve. Decorate with mint leaves.
