1 Apple
100 grams Blackberry
80 grams Cheddar cheese (thick slices)
4 Tbsps White vinegar
1 pinch sugar
salt
peppers (from the mill)
4 Tbsps Corn oil
3 Tbsps Whipped cream
2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, spin dry and pluck into small pieces.

2.

Rinse, quarter and core apples and thinly slice.

3.

Slice cheese into thin strips.

4.

Mix together the vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and whipping cream, season to taste.

5.

Toss the lettuce and apple slices with the dressing, arrange on plates and top with blackberries and cheese slices. Serve sprinkled with chives.
