- ½ ripe Avocado
- 1 ripe Kiwi
- 3 Tbsps unfiltered Apple juice
- ½ cup mineral water (ice cold)
- In addition: Ice cubes
Preparation

Squeeze lemon juice into a tall vessel. Remove avocado pit.

Using a spoon, scoop out flesh and add to the lemon juice.

Peel kiwi, cut 2 slices and set aside. Dice remaining kiwi into small chunks and add to avocado. Add apple juice. Using an immersion blender, puree until smooth. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in smoothie mixture. Top with mineral water and garnish with slices of kiwi.
