Rinse zucchini gently and pat dry. Open and carefully snip the blossoms. Cut feta into 16 pieces. Place one into every zucchini and carefully twist the blossoms closed.
Combine flour and starch and mix with eggs, pepper, nutmeg and some mineral water into a thin batter.
Heat oil to about 160°C (approximately 325°F). Dip zucchini into batter and fry in oil about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Drain zucchini on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
