1 splash lemon juice
250 milliliters Whipped cream
100 grams Quark
200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps powdered sugar
1 pkg Vanilla sugar
2 Tbsps Cocoa (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse raspberries, pat dry, and mix with raspberry liqueur, and lemon juice.

Mix together the quark, yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Whip the cream until soft peaks. Fold the cream into the quark mixture. Fold the raspberries into the quark mixture gently. Pour into glasses and serve sprinkled with cocoa.
