For the yogurt
8 tablespoons Dried Fruit (mixed, such as, raisins, figs, dates)
4 tablespoons brown Rum
200 grams Sheep's milk yogurt
200 grams Whipped cream
1 package Vanilla sugar
2 packages whipped cream stabilizer
2 tablespoons honey
Also
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons slivered almonds (roasted)

Preparation steps

Cut the dried fruit into 1 cm cubes (approximately 1/2 inch). Mix together and distribute into 4 glasses, each with a tablespoon of rum.

Mix the yogurt with the honey until smooth. Mix into the cream along with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar. Beat until stiff.

Pour the yogurt cream into a piping bag with a rose nozzle and squeeze over the dry fruits. Chill in the refrigerator.

Melt the remaining honey with the butter in a small pot and caramelize. Drizzle the honey over the yogurt cream and serve garnished with sliced almonds.
