Ingredients

for 4 servings
3 sheets Gelatin
250 grams Quark
299 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 tablespoons Acacia honey
60 grams Blueberry

Preparation steps

Soften the gelatin in cold water. In a bowl, mix together the quark,  yogurt and honey.

Melt the soaking wet gelatin in a small saucepan over low heat, Stir the gelatin into the quark mixture.

Rinse the blueberries and pat dry. Set aside some for garnish and fold the remaining berries into the quark mixture. Spoon the mixture into a mold and smooth the top.

Refrigerate until firm, 2 to 3 hours, or overnight. Loosen the gelatin from the mold, cut into slices and serve with blueberries.
