Wontons with Ground Meat Filling
Peel the garlic and chop finely. Mix the ground meat well with the chopped garlic and fish sauce.
Heat the oil in the fryer. Thaw the wontons sheets.
Depending on the size, place a teaspoon of the ground meat mixture over each wonton sheet. Pull the four corners of wonton sheets upwards and gently squeeze the edges to seal.
Fry the wontons in portions in hot oil until golden, about 2 minutes. Drain the fried wontons on a paper towel. Serve with sweet and sour hot sauce.
