Wild garlic (About 40 grams or approximately 1 ounce)
100 grams
Feta cheese (9% fat)
100 grams
Cream cheese (5% fat)
100 grams
1 generous pinch
40 grams
black, pitted Olives
3 tablespoons
1 splash

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the wild garlic, shake dry and chop coarsely. Set some aside for garnish.

2.

Crush the feta cheese with a fork and mix with the cream cheese, cottage cheese and paprika.

3.

Chop the olives and mix with 2 tablespoons of oil and the wild garlic. Season with a dash of lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix into the cream cheese, add the remaining oil and serve garnished with the remaining garlic.
