- 500 grams Wholegrain (Macaroni)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 250 grams Bacon
- each 2 onions and garlic cloves
- 1 bunch Chives
- 100 grams Ricotta cheese
Preparation
1.
Cook macaroni according to package directions in salted water. Heat olive oil in a pan. Finely dice bacon and fry until golden in the oil. Peel the onions and garlic, chop finely and add to the bacon. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse chives and cut into small rings. Mix macaroni with the bacon and onions, sprinkle with chives and serve topped with the ricotta.
