White Chocolate Pudding with Nuts
Chop chocolate. Separate eggs. Whisk yolks with sugar and liqueur until creamy. Bring milk to a boil. Gradually add hot milk into egg yolk mixture, stirring. Return mixture to the pot and thicken on low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add chopped chocolate and stir until chocolate has melted. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cream. Pour cream into four shallow molds, allow to cool slightly and sprinkle with peanuts and a little sugar.
Cool completely and serve.
